The Wheels Reel System

features large 20" (51 cm) wheels which easily roll over virtually any surface. These specially designed wheels, makes moving the reel system away from the pool effortless.

  • SWIM EASY – The use of a solar cover on a swimming pool comes with many benefits, but they can be a pain at times when having to remove them manually. Getting into the water can now be done without assistance or even breaking a sweat with The Storm Commercial Solar Reel. Spend more time taking a lap and less on getting into the water. 

  • HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION – Features heavy duty aluminum crank handle to easily reel up the solar blanket cover and is constructed from aluminum with a powder coat finish for extended life. Includes a 5 pole set. 3 poles with a 3.75" diameter and 2 poles with 4" diameter 

  • CRANK IT UP – Reduce the effort needed to roll up your solar blanket as the industrial-grade construction allows for smooth operation. The industrial grade crank handle makes rolling up or out your attached solar cover a one-person operation. Treaded tires also allow for easy maneuvering away from the water into an area not in the way of the fun about to be had. 

  • MANEUVERABLE – This cover reels design along with two wheels makes it very easy for one person to move the reel and cover to and from the pool when in storage. If you just prefer it being at the other end of the pool, no problem. Just pick up by the handle (opposite side of the wheels) wheelbarrow style. 

  • ANY POOL SHAPE – The reel will fit all shaped pools up to 24’ x 75’ such as kidney, roman, free form, Grecian, figure 8 and rectangular swimming pools.

  • Corrosion resistant construction.

  • Large Steering wheel on BOTH ends for easy one or two person operation.

  • Engineered with high-strength nylon bearings for effortless roll-up.

  • Unit comes standard with locking casters for easy roll-away storage.

  • Includes all straps (30 in.) and required hardware for attaching solar blanket.

  • Fits pool sizes up to 24 ft. x 45 ft. (Recommend using a 4 in. Solar Blanket Storage System for pools 600 sq. ft. and larger when used with thicker mil solar blankets.)
