Please ensure that the water level reaches the pool skimmer before our arrival so that we can start the filtration system and add opening chemicals. If the water level is low, our technicians will prepare the filter system for you to start and add the opening shock and algaecide once you bring the water level up.
For In-ground pools with a solid winter cover

Please ensure that the majority of the water is pumped off prior to us removing the SOLID Winter Cover.

-
We will remove winterizing plugs, install equipment drain plugs and strainer baskets
-
We will check and start the filter system (as long as the pool water level is sufficient)
-
We will add opening chemicals, including Shock, Algaecide (billed separately)
-
We'll check the heater for customers who have one
-
We will re-insert the ladder, reset the dive board, and handrail for walk-in stairs (if applicable).
-
Please note that we'll try our best to prevent water and debris from the cover from entering the pool, but cannot guarantee it.
